Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 15 days after you receive any indoor cycle/part(s). If 15 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
All indoor cycles and part(s) may be returned within the 15 days and must be in fully working condition if the cycle(s)/part(s) is returned damaged the customer is liable for any repairs and or replacement part(s) .
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for re-crating and any return shipment cost. If no damaged is found beyond normal wear and tear customer will be refunded for the indoor cycle minus crating and shipping charges from the original shipment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If cycle(s)/item(s) have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If any shipment is refused with no visible damage customer is responsible for any and all freight charges back to PCSC custody we will also charge a 20% restock fee.
In any rare event the cycle(s)/part(s) arrives defective we will attempt to repair the item(s) if not repairable the item(s) will be fully replaced within 5 to 10 days All indoor cycles are curbside/driveway drop off only
